Lidocaine HCl 1% and Epinephrine 1:100,000 Injection, USP is a sterile local anesthetic solution supplied in a 20mL multiple-dose glass fliptop vial. Each mL contains 10mg of lidocaine hydrochloride with epinephrine 1:100,000, for local or regional anesthesia by infiltration and nerve block. Not for epidural or caudal use.
Manufactured by Hospira, Inc., a Pfizer company (Lake Forest, IL), MFG NDC 0409-3178-01, and distributed by HealthFirst under NDC 51662-1232-1. Sold as a single vial. Protect from light and keep in the original carton until use.
