Naloxone Hydrochloride Injection, USP is a sterile, preservative-containing solution supplied in a 10mL multiple-dose glass flip-top vial. Each vial contains 4mg of naloxone hydrochloride at a concentration of 0.4mg/mL — the standard injectable concentration used in clinical and emergency care settings nationwide. The clear, colorless solution is formulated in water for injection with sodium chloride for tonicity and methylparaben/propylparaben as preservatives, pH-adjusted to 4.0 (3.0–6.5).
Manufactured by Wintac Limited (Bangalore, India) for Somerset Therapeutics and distributed by HealthFirst under NDC 51662-1426-1, this product is packaged as a single vial per monocarton and sold boxed. Store at controlled room temperature (20°–25°C / 68°–77°F), protected from light, and in the original carton until use.
